2. During skiing days lunch breaks will be held in field conditions by pre-prepared food packages;
3. Guides always have first aid modern box and radio-connectivity;
4. Participantes must have sleeping bag (comfort rating -5C )for overnight on Aragats meteostation.

The excursion starts with a visit to Matenadaran Museum, which houses a unique collection of ancient manuscripts covering such lofty topics as philosophy, law, mathematics, medicine and geography. Located less than half an hour away from Yerevan, in western outskirts of Geghama mountain range (total length of 57km). There is a fascinating view of Ararat valley and surrounding mountains from the Summit. We will ascend 6 km - about 800 meters altitude gain, and will ski down to Kaputan village. By the end of the ski tour, we will visit the pagan temple of Garni. Garni temple is the unique survived example of heathen culture in Armenia. King Trdat the First ordered building the temple in the first century A.D. and dedicated it to the God of Sun. Thereafter, we will visit Geghard monastery (listed by UNESCO), one of the masterpieces of the 13th century Armenian architecture. We will spend the night in Garni village. Khor Virap's notability as a monastery and pilgrimage site is attributed to the fact that Gregory the Illuminator was initially imprisoned there for 14 years by King Trdat III of Armenia. Monastery located just in front of Mount Ararat. Thereafter we will visit Noravanq monastery (12-15 century) and will taste delicious wines at Areni vinery. Dinner and overnight stay at Sisian in the hotel.
Mount Ishkhanasar located 15m driving from Sisian city. Climbing starting from 1700m. Transfer to Vayots dzor village. Dinner and overnight in Hermon/Eghegis in the hotel. Climbing up 11 km /22km Altitude change 1800-3550m
Starting from Goghtanik village to Muradsar . Skiing down to the same village. Trasfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight in Hermon/Yeghegis. Climbing up 6 km Altitude change 1850-2900m
Climbing to mount Sevsar on Vardenis mountain range 3200m. After skiing, visit to lake Sevan, one of the largest high-altitude lakes in the world. The lake was at an altitude of 1,950 m above sea level. Sevan is famous for its different kinds of fish, particular for ishkhan, which means “princely fish.” Visit to Sevanavank monastery (9th c.), located on a peninsula. -In case if Varteniants pass is closed by snow possible ski touring to Gndasar mountain (3200m).(in this option visiting Sevanavank and Sevan lake is not possible) Diner and overnight in Yerevan.
We will start the ascend from Byurakan village. The road passes by Amberd gorge. After 17-km ascend we will arrive to Aragats meteo-station for an overnight stay. Ascend distance: 17 km Altitude change: from 1950 to 3200m
We will ascend to the Southern summit (3879m) and will ski down to Byurakan village for about 20 kilometers. Overnight stay in Yerevan. Ascend distance: 7 km. Altitude change: from 3200 to 3879m
